This is Louis Titley’s strength as his team, without exception, were true skilled professionals who exuded competence in every task. Likewise TC’s short list of subcontractors worked as they were all part of his team and strived for the same level of excellence. TC was open to real negotiation throughout the project for the unavoidable change orders and surprises. They fixed their few mistakes at their cost. All this while delivering on time and on budget.
